1. juni 2016 indfører Marstal Navigationsskole nye regler for betaling, tilmelding og afbestilling af kurser.
As of 01 June 2016 Marstal Navigationsskole introduces a new set of rules for payment, enrollment and cancellation of courses.

Tilmelding – Enrollment

Der er ingen sidste tilmeldingsfrist, men vi anbefaler altid at være ude i god tid af hensyn til bedst mulige planlægning.
Tilmelding er bindende, når der er fire uger eller mindre til kursusstart.
Tilmelding til kurser kan ske direkte via vores hjemmeside, eller ved at kontakte kursusafdelingen kursus@marnav.dk, tlf. 62 53 19 68.

There is no registration deadline, but we always advise you to register in good time for the sake of the best possible planning.
Four weeks or less prior to the commencement of the course, the registration is binding.

Privatister:
Der fremsendes faktura umiddelbart efter tilmelding til kursus. Fakturaen skal være betalt inden kursusstart i henhold til de påførte betalingsbetingelser. Såfremt kurset ikke er betalt, er det ikke muligt at deltage. Som privatist er du først endelig tilmeldt, når vi har modtaget betaling for kurset.

Standard courses:

Course participants not supported by companies:
An invoice will be sent immediately after course enrolment. The invoice must be paid prior to the course date, referring to the terms of payment.
If the course is not paid, it is not possible to attend.
When we have received the payment, you are enrolled at the course.

Afbestilling – Customer’s Cancellation of Participation

Afbestilling af kursus kan ske uden beregning indtil fire uger før afholdelse af kurset. Afbestilling via mail til kursus@marnav.dk
• Ved afmelding mellem to og fire uger før kursusstart opkræves 500 kr.
• Ved afmelding mellem en og to uger før kursusstart opkræves 50 % af kursusprisen.
Ved afmelding senere end syv dage før kursusstart opkræves 100 % af kursuspris.
Bestilleren af kurset har mulighed for, uden ekstraberegning, at sende en anden deltager. Kursusafdelingen skal have besked senest dagen før kursusstart.

Cancellation of participation is free of charge until four weeks prior to the conduct of the course. Cancellation via e-mail to kursus@marnav.dk
• In case of cancellation by the customer less than four and more than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course, a cancellation fee of DKK 500 shall apply.
• In case of cancellation by the customer less than two weeks and more than one week prior to the commencement of the course, 50 % of the course fee shall apply.
In case of cancellation later than seven days prior to the commencement of the course, 100 % of the course fee shall apply.
Without any additional charge, the person ordering the course has the opportunity to send another participant. The course department must be notified the day before commencement of the course at the latest.

Aflysning og ændring af datoer – Cancellation and Changes in Course Dates

Ved for få tilmeldinger til et kursus, forbeholder vi os retten til at aflyse.
Ved aflysning informeres senest 2 uger før kursusstart.
Tilsvarende gælder ved ændringer af kursusdatoer.

In the event of too few enrollments for a course, Marstal Navigationsskole reserves the right to cancel the course. In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified two weeks before commencement of the course at the latest. Equivalent terms apply in case of changes in course dates.

Genudstedelse af kursuscertifikat – Lost Course Certificate

Vi erstatter gerne et mistet certifikat. Genudstedelse koster 350 DKK per certifikat som forudbetales.
We shall be happy to reissue a lost certificate. The fee is DKK 350 per certificate paid in advance.
